Renewable Energy Loans

• Construction to Term for PPAs and 3rd Party Agreements
• Types of Business:  Commercial, Hospitals, Municipal Facilities, Unversity, Schools, Utilities, Co-ops and more
• Construction Loans:  6 to 24 months; interest only; variable rate pricing; loan to cost up to 90%
• Term Loans:  Fixed or variable rate options; Amortization will match PPA and site lease; loan to cost up to 75%

Solar Equipment Loans

• SBA 504 Loans
• Type of Business:  Owner Occupied Businesses
• Loan to cost:  Up to 90%
• Term Loan:  10 year term with a reset at 5 years; Amortization 25 years; Fixed or variable rate pricing; 50% of loan to cost.  
• Debenture Loan:  Interest rate subject to SBA; 25 year term; Amortization 25 year; 40% of loan to cost.
