All Bank 34 Visa debit cards are being reissued with EMV micro-chip technology regardless of their current expiration date. Upon receipt of your new card, please destroy your previous debit card and activate your new card immediately. Once you begin using your new debit card, your previous card will be deactivated. The EMV rollout will begin on Monday, 11/28/16. It will be a staggering rollout and mass re-issue over a 6 month period.

Bank 34 will be closed on Thursday, November 24th and closing early at 2pm on Friday, November 25th for the Thanksgiving Holiday. We will also be closed for Christmas on Monday, December 26th and Monday, January 2nd for the New Year Holiday.

(“Bancorp 34”) (NASDAQ: BCTF) announced today that it has completed the “second step” conversion of AF Mutual Holding Company (the “MHC”) and Bancorp 34’s related stock offering, effective as of the close of business today. As a result of the closing of the conversion and offering, Bancorp 34 is now the holding company for Bank 34. The MHC and Bank 34’s former mid-tier holding company, Alamogordo Financial Corp., have ceased to exist. The results of the stock offering were previously reported in a press release dated October 7, 2016.

Alamogordo Financial Corp. (”Alamogordo Financial”) (OTCPK: ALMG), the holding company for Bank 34, announced today that it has received all regulatory approvals for the conversion of AF Mutual Holding Company from the mutual holding company to the stock holding company form of organization and expects to close the related stock offering of Bancorp 34, Inc. (“Bancorp 34”) at the close of business on October 11, 2016.

Alamogordo Financial Corp. (the “Company”) (OTCPK: ALMG), the holding company for Bank 34, announced today that, at separate meetings held on September 21, 2016, both the stockholders of the Company and the members of AF Mutual Holding Company (depositors and certain borrowers of Bank 34), approved the Plan of Conversion and Reorganization pursuant to which AF Mutual Holding Company will convert from the mutual holding company to the stock holding company form of organization.
