Elaine Ralls

Ms. Ralls has served as a director since August of 2014 following Alamogordo Financial Corp’s acquisition of Bank 1440, which she helped organize in 2007, and where she served as a Director and Vice Chair of the Board.  She has grown and transitioned businesses in several industries including health care, education, real estate and marketing, and has been recognized for her active contributions to both the corporate and philanthropic communities in Arizona.

Ms. Ralls also serves as Chair of the Audit Committee for Bank 34.  In addition, she is on the Board of Directors of the Pacific Southwest BBB, and is actively involved with Women Presidents Organization, Women in Leadership for the Chandler Chamber of Commerce, Sun Lakes Rotary Club, Women on Boards 2020, Central Christian Church, as an adjunct professor at Grand Canyon University, and at Commit, an advertising agency she co-founded in 1997.  She shares a continuous pursuit of excellence philosophy through coaching and seminars, and her OneBigLife personal brand has been featured in “Think and Grow Rich for Women”, by Sharon Lechter, and well as “Discover Your Inner Strength” which she co-authored with Ken Blanchard, Stephen Covey, and Brian Tracy.   Ms. Ralls has earned an MBA from Arizona State University as well as a Ph.D. from Nova Southeastern University’s Wayne Huizenga’s College of Business and Entrepreneurship.  Her experience on company mergers and associated integration of companies and cultures provides us with a strong resource for guidance pertaining to our business expansion via strategic alliances and acquisitions.
